How booking works
- Send your booking request. Use the form below for your move, crew and date, access at both addresses and your contact details. Sending it does not book the move or charge you anything.
- We confirm availability. Our Edmonton team reviews your details and contacts you by phone or email to confirm the date, the arrival window and the crew, plus anything priced separately, such as packing or a piano.
- We send your $105 deposit link. Once availability is confirmed, you get a payment link for the $105 deposit.
- You are booked. Your move is confirmed once the deposit is paid.

What the online price covers
The price in the booking form covers the crew, the truck and the time, before GST (5%). Which model applies depends on where your move starts and ends:
- Within the City of Edmonton: hourly, from $150/hr for 2 movers and a truck to $325/hr for 5 movers with 2 trucks. The minimum is 3 hours (4 hours for 4 or 5 movers), plus 1 hour of travel at the rate for your date, so the form shows minimum hours × the rate for your date, plus that hour.
- Nearby communities (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan and Devon), when the other address is in Edmonton or in any of these communities, including the same one: a flat price for the first 3 hours, from $750 with 2 movers and a truck, then the hourly rate for your date. For 4 or 5 movers, the fourth hour is billed at the hourly rate for your date.
Busy dates. Rates can be higher on busy dates (Friday to Sunday, May to September and around month-end). The booking form shows the exact hourly rate for your date. The flat first 3 hours in nearby communities stay the same on every date.
Time beyond the minimum is billed at the hourly rate for your date.

What is not booked online
These are not in the online price; our Edmonton team confirms them with you before your move:
- Long-distance moves, elsewhere in Alberta or to another province: one written flat quote per job, not an hourly price. Choose Long-distance in the form, or read how long-distance moves from Edmonton are quoted.
- Pianos, safes, gym equipment and other heavy items: tick Piano, Safe or Gym equipment in the form, or choose Other heavy item and name it (for example a hot tub), and our Edmonton team confirms how they will be moved and what they add. See piano moves and safe and home gym moves.

Deposit, changes and cancellation
No payment is taken when you send the form. After our Edmonton team confirms availability, we send you a payment link for the $105 deposit, and your move is booked once it is paid.

The booking form applies our busy-date pricing to the hourly rate. Rates can be higher on busy dates (Friday to Sunday, May to September and around month-end). The booking form shows the exact hourly rate for your date. The flat first 3 hours in nearby communities stay the same on every date; there, only time past the first 3 hours is billed at the rate for your date.
What if my move takes longer than the minimum?
Time beyond the minimum is billed at the hourly rate for your date, the same rate the form shows for your crew. Within the City of Edmonton the minimum is 3 hours for 2 or 3 movers and 4 hours for 4 or 5 movers, plus 1 hour of travel. In nearby communities the flat price is for the first 3 hours, and 4- or 5-mover crews have a 4-hour minimum. How long a move takes depends on how much you move, the access at both addresses and how ready everything is.
What if I need packing, a piano moved or a long-distance move?
Choose your packing level and add any extra stop in the form, then tick Piano, Safe or Gym equipment, or choose Other heavy item and name it (for example a hot tub). These are not priced online, so our Edmonton team confirms them with you before your move. Long-distance moves get one written flat quote: choose Long-distance in the form or use our Edmonton quote form.
