How to pack each box correctly (so nothing breaks)
Small / book boxes
Heavy items go in small boxes: books, records, canned goods, tools. Never load a large box with books, it fails at the bottom seam. Cap each small box at 40 lb and tape the bottom in an H-pattern (centre seam plus both side seams) before loading.
Medium and large boxes
Mixed contents, lamp shades, pillows, bedding. Heaviest item at the bottom, lightest on top. Fill voids with crumpled paper so nothing shifts in transit. Label the destination room on two sides, the top and one vertical side, so the crew can stack without re-sorting.
Dish-pack boxes
Use the cell dividers included with every dish-pack. Wrap each glass and plate individually in packing paper, stand plates on edge rather than flat, and wrap stemware twice. Mark “Fragile” on every face. Cap at 35 lb, less if it is all glassware.
Wardrobe boxes

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for order itself. Free delivery kicks in at $100 — below that there is a flat $20 delivery fee.
Do you sell tape, wrap, and paper?
Yes — full packing-supply kit including packing tape, bubble wrap, kraft paper, mattress bags, dish inserts, and furniture covers.
Can I return unused boxes?
Yes — we buy back flattened, unused boxes at 50% of purchase price within 60 days. Arrange pickup when you book your move-out.
Do you deliver during evenings or weekends?
Yes — deliveries run 8am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday is by special request, small fee applies.
What are reusable eco bins and how do they work?
Color-coded heavy-duty plastic bins rented for 2-4 weeks. We deliver empty, you pack, we pick up empty after your move. No cardboard waste.
Do you also sell mattress bags, TV boxes, and specialty covers?
Yes — mattress bags (twin/queen/king), flat-screen TV boxes, dish-pack kits with cell dividers, and framed-art boxes.

Yes — Quebec-side delivery is standard, $20 delivery fee (waived over $100). Orders by 2pm arrive next business day.
