Tell the pack lead at the start of the day. Anything you’ve flagged stays untouched until you pack it. There is no penalty for keeping rooms personal; the pack hours simply come down.
Are packing materials charged separately?
Materials are quoted up front and included in the all-in price shown in the quote. We bring more than the estimate and only charge for what was used — open boxes and unused tape go back to inventory.
Do you offer storage between pack and delivery?
Yes. Climate-controlled short-term storage at our Ottawa warehouse is available between load and delivery dates — useful when closings don’t line up. Quoted per-week based on volume.
