3. Drain it — ideally 24 hours before move day; we can do same-day if needed but the spa moves cleaner dry.
4. Lock your date with $100 — fully refundable up to 48 hours before, and applied to your final invoice on move day.
5. We confirm 24 hours ahead — text and email with the foreman’s name, ETA window, and any final pre-move instructions (e.g. fence section removal).
6. Move day — site walk-through, lift, transport, place at destination, level the spa pad if needed, and final inspection.
