Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Men In Trucks Moving Inc. as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes made close to the move date may be subject to fees due to reserved crew/truck scheduling.
- Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate a new date/time based on availability.
- Late cancellations / no-access: If the crew arrives and cannot begin due to access issues (no keys, no elevator booking, parking restrictions, etc.), standby or minimum charges may apply.
- Deposits: If a deposit was collected, it may be applied to a rescheduled date or handled per your booking terms.
Base Coverage Included
Our service includes $2,000,000 liability coverage and a $50,000 cargo insurance policy with a $1,000 deductible. The customer is responsible for the deductible on any approved insurance claim.

Full-value protection (also called “full replacement value”) allows two possible outcomes if articles are destroyed or damaged during the move and responsibility is established. The insurance adjuster (not the consumer) decides how amends will be made:
- Repair: The item may be repaired so it is in the same condition as it was before the damage occurred.
- Replace: The item may be replaced with another of like-kind.
Items valued over $2,000 are considered High Value (HV) and require advance notice, additional documentation, and may require additional insurance. HV items must be mentioned in advance to ensure appropriate protection options are available.
Any item valued over $2,000 must have a proof of purchase or appraisal available upon loading.
