Includes 2 movers + 26’ truck, travel within 30 km, and up to 3 hours of labour.
1-Bedroom Move-In
$849 flat
Includes 2 movers + 26’ truck, travel within 30 km, and up to 4 hours of labour.
2-Bedroom Move-In
$1,199 flat
Includes 3 movers + 26’ truck, travel within 30 km, and up to 5 hours of labour.
Additional time: If extra time is required, it is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable crew rate, with approval before continuing.

Same-Day Suite Setup Available
For new-resident move-ins, the crew can help make the suite feel ready the same day by placing furniture, assembling basic items, setting up the bed, placing boxes in the correct rooms, and helping organize essentials where possible. This helps the resident walk into a more settled, comfortable space.
Deposit & Payment
To reserve a moving date, a deposit may be required after availability is confirmed by Men In Trucks. The move is not officially booked until the date, time, and deposit are confirmed.

When a resident moves to higher care, downsizes, or passes away, the suite often needs to be cleared within days under emotional pressure. Our team handles the entire clearance with care and discretion.
