Final-mile (or last-mile) delivery is the final leg from a warehouse or store to the customer’s door, and it is the part of the journey your customers actually remember. We act as your local delivery arm in the Ottawa-Gatineau market, handling scheduled home deliveries, white-glove installs, and returns so your brand shows up on time and looks professional at every stop.

Fleet, warehouse and dispatch capacity

We run a fleet of nine trucks, including seven 26-ft straight trucks with liftgate, plus smaller vehicles for lighter routes. Our 10,000 sq ft heated warehouse on Sheffield Road in Ottawa’s east end has three loading docks and triple-racked storage up to 16 feet for staging, holds, overflow inventory and route prep. Multiple uniformed two-to-five person crews let us scale to several routes per day.

White-glove delivery services

Our crews go well beyond drop-at-the-door. We provide white-glove, room-of-choice placement for furniture, mattresses, appliances and bulky or fragile retail goods, plus assembly and disassembly, packaging removal, old-item haul-away and swaps. Every item is protected with blankets, straps, dollies, shrink wrap and mattress covers, and we use a pallet jack and liftgate for heavier freight.

We tailor the program to your operation: dedicated daily or weekly routes, overflow and peak-season capacity, scheduled appointment deliveries, white-glove delivery and assembly, and returns, exchanges and claims pickups (reverse logistics). Our crews are familiar with retailer and carrier processes: route manifests, appointment windows, delivery photos, customer notes and exception reporting. We support DispatchTrack on crew devices when your workflow requires it, and we provide onboarding documents on request, including a certificate of insurance, WSIB status, our fleet and equipment list, and warehouse and dock details. We are licensed and insured with WSIB coverage in good standing.
